On Sunday, Dwayne will be preaching on John 9:1-41 and what it means to encounter suffering. Everyone suffers. Some of us go through intense suffering. Suffering impacts us physically, emotionally, mentally, and relationally. One of the great oppositions to our faith is the depth of suffering both in the world around us; with war, famine, natural disasters, and disease; as well as personal suffering. Jesus came face to face with suffering both in His ministry and in His death. He models both how we can endure suffering as well as how we can walk with those who are suffering.
